It was just a short 5-minute walk from the Haputbahnhof and within walking distance of many of the main city sites. It made exploring the city very convenient.
The breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although it could get crowded during peak hours, going early or late ensured plenty of seating choices.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was well supplied with towels. Included breakfast was excellent and didn't end ridiculously early like some hotels. Free internet and wi-fi. Nice area.
Bit of a pain getting to the top floor without a lift. Wouldn't be suitable for infirm travellers/wheelchair users.

This hotel was nice and incredibly beautiful with always courteous staff at the reception desk. Our room was nice and immaculate with ventilation, a double bed, for instance. Awesome location, Hamburg airport was 15 km away. The property was a decent place for enjoying a nice area. Great restaurant provided international dishes...

Breakfast until 11AM, good atmosphere, great location, welcoming staff
Little smell in the room. Internet WIFI not really working, but a computer is made available for urgent stuff.

This hotel must take all the money in one go instead of taking a large amount because we had really bad problems with the langue barrier And to run a buiness you must look after all nationals And also update your website for this hotel warning people that this hotel does'nt have lifts
